Tishman Speyer Web Site

Tishman Speyer Properties is a leading international real estate developer with a well-deserved reputation for the acquisition and redevelopment of world-renowned properties, including New York City's Chrysler Building and Rockefeller Center. A desire for a fresh creative approach to their Web site design (seeing a need to provide users with easier access to their properties and availabilities) led Tishman Speyer to ID Society.

During the web development process, ID Society decided to create a hybrid site with a Flash border navigation system and HTML for a primarily text driven body. The combination of both programs allows the site to appear animated while shortening loading times and allowing visitors to view multiple properties with ease. The site includes a content management system, which gives Tishman Speyer the ability to consistently update their Web site with current availabilities for all of their properties. Tishman Speyer's philosophy is to approach each project individually focusing on both the needs of the investors as well as the tenants, and ID Society has created a site that reflects that philosophy online.
