KPMG, a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services, sought out ID Society to produce an effective Ecard to draw the attention of their employees. The goal was to provide employees with simple access to personnel information through an automated solution.

In the past, KPMG offered an Ecard where employees could find human resources information. The Ecards had long downloading times, and the process was thus inefficient and unappealing. ID Society reinvented KPMG's card by transforming it from a source of executable files into an interactive information Ecard featuring a link to take employees directly to the facts they needed . By using the Ecard, employees could obtain payroll and benefits information online more efficiently.

KPMG's Human Resources page had an increased hit rate of 60% on the day the Ecard launched. The ecard decreased the number of phone calls requesting the same information from the Human Resources department, and brought this information directly to employees so they could get the answers they needed at any time.
